Peru - 3rd day in Cuzco #3

The theme of this time is the church of Saint Domingo, too.

This is a scale model of the ancient village in Cuzco.

The terraced fields are very characteristic.

This seems the windows of this building.

We can look a window through a window.

This is perhaps a mark to be repaired.

This is an accurate structure.

I don't know what is this character.

God? Human? or Bird?

This is the outside of the church of Saint Domingo.

This is called 'Qorikancha'.

'Qori' means  'Gold'.

'kancha' means a 'living place'.

All golds here were stolen by Spanish when they conquered Peru.

I plan to show you some pictures of 'Plaza of Armas' next time.
See you.
